2nd Annual Crawl For A Cure

Jenn hosted her MS Bar Crawl on Saturday with a "Country Club" theme.  We had a great day and hopefully Jenn raised a ton of money for MS (still waiting to hear how much she raised)!  I'll let the pictures do most of the talking.  Enjoy!

My country club outfit consisted of the cutest "preppy shoes" ever that I scored from Payless, a hot pink Polo dress, a white sweater tied around my shoulders, a ribbon in my hair and some beads!

To go along with the country club theme we played Bar Golf.  I was all into it at the first bar but pretty much gave up by the 2nd bar when I saw I would have to drink a Guinness just to get a Bogey. . .

First stop: Paddy O's (This bar sure looks different in the daytime!)
The country clubbers arrives - some fashionably late.  Jenn went for the "tennis look" while Katelyn was a classic golfer.  Matt and Kim were oh so cute in their matching Lacoste shirts!  Oh and they had sangria.  It wasn't the best sangria I've ever had but I thought drinking out of the pitcher was pretty classy and surely country club style!

Second stop: The Black Rose (The most popular spot for bar crawls of the day)!
We may have been the smallest of the 3 bar crawls present but we sure were dressed the best!  Jenn somehow got mixed up in an arm wrestling match with another crawler - and she won of course.  My high school friends, Kendall and Jill arrived.  Jenn and I enjoyed our favorite - Magners and I was super excited that they had pear!!!

Third stop: Coogan's
Another brother arrived - extra fashionable late.  We scored the high rent window seats.  Drank another drink.  Lost track of who was actually playing bar golf.  And just had fun!

Forth stop: Jose McIntyre's (the most famous Mexican Irish bar in Boston!)
Bring on the food.  This was the the last stop on the bar crawl which meant 2 things - food and raffles!  I love both.  Why shouldn't I. . . it seems that whenever my family host a raffle lately I win something. . . or in this case 2 somethings!  I swear it wasn't rigged and just to prove it Jenn's other sister-in-law won 2 prizes too!

It is funny that I took these three pictures when we got there and ended up winning two of these things!  Kendall won the third.  Who wants to go to Del Frisco's with me?  I'm looking for a hot date.

I also won these!  We all know how much I adore Stella and Dot jewelry so I was pretty happy when my raffle ticket number was called!

And why not show some embarrassing pictures of Katelyn and her toy golf club and me in a headband/sweatband.  This is how we roll.

We had a fabulous day/night.  It is always fun to get together with family and friends and raise money for a GREAT cause.

Only 46 more days until Jenn and I walk 50 miles in 3 days at the MS Challenge Walk.  If you would like to support me you can do so by going here.  All donations in any amount are greatly appreciated!
